The Greenlight Guide is designed to pair meeting planners with local businesses that are a relevant match for the type of meeting being organized. When a visitor narrows a search down to a list of prospective businesses through the Planning Wizard, the planner's name, email address and phone number, as well as information related to the type of meeting being planned, will be shared with the business owner for further follow-up. Only participating businesses that are uniquely qualified to accommodate the specific needs of each meeting will receive information about the visitor/planner.
